Returns & Exchanges

Shipping

Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.

"Any" package that are returned or shipped with incorrect shipping information by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.

We do not accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address, except to those shipping to Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock and may ship without any notification. Please leave us a comment if you need to be notified.

The store credit will be issued to customer's account and must be used in 90 days from receiving store credit.

We are not responsible for any lost packages with no signature required on delivery.

For International orders

 

Customer's will be held responsible for any restrictions with their Country's International shipping policies. We highly recommend researching the details for the most current and up-to-date restrictions before placing an order as the customer will be held responsible for any additional charges resulting from returned packages.


Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges permitted only within 14 days from receiving package, if unworn! 

For any damaged items received- Nobelrags must be notified with in 7 days of receiving goods via email @ "customerservice@nobelrags.com". Credit will be refunded to your account to repurchase items!

 

Any returns will be issued as a store credit to the Customer's account and credit cannot be transfer to gift card or another individuals account. You can only use credit towards something that is in our online shop. Online customer credit is not to be used in any of the free standing stores. 

Customers must email us at: customerservice@nobelrags.com within 7 days of receiving the goods along with the receipt number and the item number(s) for any damaged items to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on returning the damaged items. Any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and copy of the receipt will not be eligible for return!

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on non-damaged item returns.

We offer shipping reimbursements on returns for damaged items but the reimbursement amount may vary. Please use only USPS First Class Mail for any returns as we will not be responsible for any signature confirmation or shipping fees exceeding our reimbursement amount we have advised via our RMA reply e-mail.

Returned items that have missing parts and/or original packing will not be eligible for return!

A copy of the receipt must be included in the package being returned with the damaged/non-damaged item numbers circled/highlighted along with a brief description explaining the reason for return.

Please follow all the rules for returns as Nobelrags will not be responsible for anything returned without the proper procedures taken.
